Leaside is seeking an inspirational, enthusiastic and enterprising individual to take on the role of Managing Director and grow our outdoor activity, environmental education programme and community engagement.
Leaside has been an important and valuable youth and community activity resource for over 70 years with a first class reputation in the Boroughs of Hackney and Waltham Forest. We are based and run from a unique location on the River Lea in Hackney with inspiring views over the Walthamstow Marshes and its wildlife. Leaside delivers engaging and impactful outdoor activities to our diverse communities – from paddlesports to mountain biking and a variety of activities in between.
The Managing Director of Leaside is a pivotal role, holding our fantastic charity together. Working with our operations team and key partners you will have overall responsibility for the running of Leaside, leading community engagement and growing our business.
